If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to WebFlairs, Bhiwadi.

2. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

3. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

4. Service refers to the Website.

5. Website refers to WebFlairs, accessible from https://www.webflairs.com

6. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Service Delivery & Refund Policy

Once full payment is confirmed, we begin service delivery as soon as possible.

We do not provide refunds for digital goods, including: Websites, WhatsApp store, Web hosting, Business email services, Local SEO services, Computer OSO services, Paid promotions, Website domains and digital business card.

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances. Howevere, if you are having any technical issue with our digital goods, you can inform us here:

We will check the issue with our team and provide you the solution as soon as possible. In case, we couldn't fix the issue. We'll reimburse the amount within 5-7 working days. Note: Product customization needs will not be considered as any issue. In this case, we'll not provide any refund or reimbursement.

Service Renewal Policy

Our website services are provided on an annual subscription basis.

Clients who wish to switch service providers at the time of renewal will not receive the website source code.

The following digital goods cannot be returned if a client wishes to discontinue our services:

1. Google my business profile optimization or Local SEO Service.

If a client chooses not to renew their Local SEO service, WebFlairs retains full rights to suspend the Google Business Profile page created by our company.

The company will remain the sole owner of the Google Business Profile page created on behalf of the client.

2. Domains purchased by the Company itself.

If there is a domain purchased by the company, and the clients want to have the ownership after the service expires. We'll not provide that domain as it's the property of WebFlairs.

However, we can transfer that domain to thier personal account if they pay for that particular domain. The price of that domain will be decided by the Compay itself.

Changes to Terms

You are responsible for the cost and risk of buying digital goods from us. Any dispute and legal issues, will be held as per the jurisdiction of the following location:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
