How Long is my website/digital card works?
Your website or digital will work until your subscription ends. We sell our packages/service plans annually only. So, any website or digital card will work only for one year. After that you need to renew your subscription for next year and goes on.
Can I upload anything I want on there?
You can upload images, embeds social media posts, location, web URLs, custom pop up images, and social media links. You can't upload videos for now. However, you can link youtube and vimeo video links.
If I don't renew my subscription, So can I get my website/digital card's source code?
We sell our websites and digtal cards as yearly subscription based only. We don't provide any source code if you don't continue with us. To get more information, check our "Terms and Condition" and "Refund Policy".
Can I change the domain you give me?
Yes, you can change the link we provided. As we offer personalized link to some certain plans. If you want to change the link we provided, you can simply do that from your account dashboard or you can contact us. We'll do it for you. We're not offering custom domain for now. You can change your personalized link anytime.
How many sites I can create at once?
It depends on your plan or package you bought from us. In each plan, we offer only one digital card/year. But if you want to have some more, you need to subscribe for more plans.
